BHKW Consult is an office specialised in the Realisation of CHP-Installations.

BHKW-Consult set value on an independent and non-product-based planning of CHP units with the intention of providing the best possible concept of energy and heat supply for the customer. It begins with the basic issues of planning and combined efforts in achieving a developed concept including cost-effectiveness. BHKW-Consult offers the customer the planning of basic outlines, the implementation of approval procedures and their preparation (including tendering and allocation of tendering), construction supervision, and sector.

Areas of Expertise are:

  • Plan/Realisation of block-type thermal power stations (CHP), cogeneration units (with warmwater, htwater or steam extraction (range of performance 30 kWel – 5,000 kWel)
  • Plan/Realisation of vegetable oil driven CHP-units (range of performance 30kW – 5,000 kW)
  • Plan/Realisation of power-heat-cooling systems (range of performance 30 kWel – 5,000 kWel)
  • Plan/Realisation of biomass-energy driven block-type thermal power stations (vegetable oils, timber-gas, sewage gas, landfill-gas, bioethanol-gas) all within a performance range of 30 kWel – 5,000 kWel)
  • the development of new heating systems for warm and hot water units and the refurbishing of existing heating systems for warm and hot water covering a range of performance of over 200 kW
  • hacked-wood or wood pellet driven heating systems within a performance range of over 100 kW

By the refurbishing of an existing system of energy supply, or when developing a new concept of energy supply, BHKW-Consult focuses on a fully integrated strategy approach to address the Project as a whole. To this, as from Autumn 2007 it is part of considerations to execute an energy management which is able to detect and assess weak points to reduce risk potential by means of thermographs.
